1. About Guessara
Guessara is an independently operated browser-based deduction game. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Fair and respectful use
You may use Guessara for personal entertainment. You must not:
- use an offensive, abusive, impersonating or misleading username;
- harass other players or interfere with their games;
- manipulate scores, automate gameplay, bypass limits or exploit vulnerabilities;
- disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the service; or
- use Guessara in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Games and leaderboards
Game results and leaderboard positions are calculated by Guessara’s rules. We may correct, remove or reset scores, usernames or sessions affected by errors, abuse, testing or maintenance. Scheduled Live events may be delayed, changed or cancelled when operationally necessary.
4. Availability and changes
Guessara is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability or gameplay quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Intellectual property
Guessara’s name, original interface, game presentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party artwork and other materials remain subject to their respective licences and rights. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute the service or its content outside normal gameplay.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guessara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
